How is this different from regular yoga classes?

The main distinguishing factor is personalisation. Most Yoga classes have a set regimen and don’t consider individual differences. It merely is following a workout routine with aspects of Yoga in it. Our Yogic Intervention prioritises your needs, tailoring sessions—both counselling and yogic—to address concerns at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

What should I expect during a session?

Tailoring the perfect session is a process. We begin by having a personal heartfelt conversation with you, familiarising ourselves with your issues and goals. After understanding the mental, emotional, and physical needs, we chart a plan that continues to be dynamic to accommodate your pace. The sessions can be a mix of counselling sessions and Yogic APMB-based active interventions that target your concerns.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are usually 1 hour long, scheduled twice or thrice a week depending on the session plan. While hours are subject to availability, we make every effort to schedule times that are convenient for everyone involved.

How many sessions will I need?

That wholly depends on three factors: receptibility, pace of impact, and consistency. If you are receptive to the instructions, seem to inculcate the learnings easily, and put efforts in regularly, the effectiveness of the sessions increases, potentially reducing the number of sessions needed!
