Live life to the fullest, leaving
worries behind through Yoga

Bid farewell to concerns that plague daily living. With powerful,
effective, and carefully curated Yogic Interventions, revitalise yourself to
meet all challenges with a tranquil mind.

We assume we are living a perfectly healthy life, yet there is pulsing pain in our lower back and sunken eyes from lack of sleep. We dismiss these issues, but ignore them for long, and they turn into chronic conditions.

A few minutes a day following the ancient teachings of Yoga can help us mitigate these risks. With Classical Yoganiti’s personalised lesson plans that target these nagging concerns, you can reintroduce calm and ease back into your body, mind, and soul.

What Are The Types?

Dementia (Alzheimer's)

Grappling with your own mind, trying to grasp memories just out of reach, is just as daunting as it sounds. The modern lifestyle is a catalyst for such disorders.
Our tailor-made Yogic practices can improve focus, reduce stress, and stimulate brain function. We offer a gentle pathway to prevent or manage symptoms and enhance quality of life.

Perimenopause

The journey through perimenopause is often accompanied by hot flashes, irritability, and energy dips. It can become difficult to deal with and come to terms with such severe physiological and endocrinological changes.Yoga helps regulate stress, giving reinforcements to deal with the physiological and psychological ramifications of this new phase of life.

Joint Issues

A sedentary lifestyle and a schedule stiffer than our joints is our sad reality. What starts as a loss of flexibility soon turns into aching and insistent pain. Stiffness deters us from taking up physical activities, resulting in further resistance.
With our gentle but powerful Yogic Intervention, flexibility returns to your body. This allows for smoother and pain-free movement.

Sleep apnea

Modern life’s stress has made a good night’s sleep the stuff of dreams. Brain fog clouds our minds, furthering anxiety and other mental concerns.
Yogic intervention ensures you centre yourself, taking a break from the stress that haunts you. With calmer breathing and relaxation techniques, you can sync with your circadian rhythm.

Breathing

Our body’s delicate balance hangs on the two—often overlooked—activities we do throughout the day. Chronic breathing issues can feel restrictive and exhausting, reducing energy and mental capacity.
Yogic breathing techniques cleanse the airways and strengthen lung function. Our sessions will help you breathe easy, letting your breathing worries fly away with the wind.

Success Stories

  • One of our first students, a brilliant boy in his teens, completely transformed through consistent yoga practice. He struggled with obesity and lack of focus. Sessions that spanned over three years helped him harness his brilliance. Given his experience, we have progressed to intermediate asanas.

    Healthy Healing
  • An HR General Manager of an IT firm and mother of teen twins approached us. Battling joint stiffness, sleep and breathing issues, erratic eating habits, and stress from both the professional and personal front. Yogic interventions we tailored on the fly helped her regain mobility and an immense sense of balance. We were able to reintroduce discipline and peace to her life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior experience with yoga or breathing exercises?

The sessions are tailored to you. If you have no experience with Yogic exercises, we will chart a plan that fits your needs and comfort levels.

How long will it take to see any improvements?

Yoga is influential and impactful, but the pace and intensity of its impacts are relative. Slow incremental progress and consistency can help a lot in speeding up the process of healing.

Will these sessions help with other related conditions I am experiencing?

Our body is a coalition of connections. Starting the healing process on one part, physiological or psychological, can materialise as improvements in other parts of the body. So, yes, Yogic Intervention can help you manage related conditions.

How long are the sessions?

A typical session lasts one hour, and depending on the plan, it may be scheduled twice or three times per week. Hours are contingent upon availability, but we try our best to arrange times that work for everyone.

Will I need special equipment or clothing?

Comfortable, breathable clothing and a firm surface are a must. The instructor may communicate the need for additional equipment if required.
